The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control issued General License T to authorize limited safety and environmental transactions and cargo offloading for certain blocked persons or vessels. OFAC simultaneously updated the Specially Designated Nationals List by adding eight entities and ten vessels linked to Iran under Executive Order 13902. These designations target shipping and oil management firms in India, Liberia, Oman, Seychelles, the UAE, and the Marshall Islands, along with their associated tankers.
