Regulation to amend Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' Regulation to amend Regulation 31-103 without amendment. The amendments delete specific language regarding deferred or contingent sales charges from section 8.7 and remove a subparagraph from section 14.2.1. The regulation comes into force on June 1, 2022.
