The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority proposes maintaining current supervisory levies and licensing fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. The above matter refers.
The Authority informs all Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) that it will adopt the following regarding the consultations on proposed supervisory levies and licensing fees for the financial year ending 31 March 2027:
(a) The Authority will call for comments from the Non-Bank Financial Institutions through its website and social media platforms.
(b) The Authority proposes a no change to the supervisory levies as well as the licensing and renewal fees for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.
(c) The notice is issued based on Section 31 of the NBFIRA Act, 2023 which requires the Authority to publish the proposal for supervisory levies, fees and charges for the financial year and call for submissions.
