External Memo on 2026–2027 Supervisory Levies and License Fees Industry Consultations
The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority proposes maintaining current supervisory levies and licensing fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. This zero-percent increase applies to all non-bank financial institutions and is mandated by Section 31 of the NBFIRA Act, 2023. Stakeholders must submit their comments electronically or by post to the Authority no later than January 16, 2026.
