The Quebec securities regulator amends National Policy 46-201 to update references from Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc. to Cboe Canada Inc. and incorporate the Canadian Securities Exchange senior tier into escrow eligibility criteria. The amendments expand the definition of qualifying issuers to include CSE senior tier entities and adjust Form 46-201F1 to reflect these changes and standardize signature blocks. This regulation comes into force on September 19, 2025.
