Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 11/17/PBI/2009 on Revision of External Debt Reporting Obligation
Bank Indonesia issued Regulation No. 11/17/PBI/2009 to revise the external debt reporting obligations for banks, non-bank institutions, and individuals. The regulation suspends the enforcement of administrative penalties for reporting violations from April 1, 2005, through December 31, 2010.
