Prohibition on the Use of the SAMA Logo on Financial Institutions' Publications

The directive mandates that all branches of these institutions strictly comply with the ban to prevent reputational harm, unauthorized commercial use, or customer misleading. Non-compliant entities will face appropriate regulatory enforcement actions under applicable Saudi systems and regulations.
