Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations

The regulator issued amendments to the Policy Statement accompanying Regulation 31-103 regarding registration requirements, exemptions, and ongoing registrant obligations. Section 3.16 of the Policy Statement is amended by deleting its second paragraph. Additionally, Section 6.3 is amended by removing the second sentence of its second paragraph.

AMENDMENTS TO POLICY STATEMENT TO REGULATION 31-103 RESPECTING REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, EXEMPTIONS AND ONGOING REGISTRANT OBLIGATIONS

1. Section 3.16 of Policy Statement to Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations is amended by deleting the second paragraph.
2. Section 6.3 of the Policy Statement is amended by deleting the second sentence of the second paragraph.
