Iraqi Securities Commission suspends trading of a number of listed companies
The Iraqi Securities Commission has suspended the trading of 16 listed companies on the Iraq Securities Market and the Second Market due to their failure to submit quarterly financial data for the first quarter of 2025. The suspended entities are restricted to the Non-Disclosing Companies platform until they submit the required financial statements and pay outstanding fines. This administrative decision was issued by the Commission's Council following a review of disclosure compliance regulations.
