Based on the Regulatory Bylaw (8), Disclosure of Listed Companies, Article (6-b), and considering the failure of the companies listed in the attached list to meet financial disclosure requirements and to provide the Commission with the quarterly data for the first quarter of 2025).

Therefore, the Commission's Council decided in its fifth session to suspend the trading of the shares of the companies in the Iraq Securities Market, sequentially from number (1 Kurdistan Bank to sequence number 6- Al-Zawraa for Financial Investment) and to suspend the companies sequentially from number (7- Light Industries to sequence number 16- Al-Batek for Financial Investments) in the Main and Second Markets, while keeping them on the Non-Disclosing Companies platform until they submit the financial data and pay the fines owed by them.
