The Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision on April 28, 2021, to place into circulation 2021-issued coins of 5, 10, 20, and 50 feninga and 1 convertible mark. The decision mandates that all public and private entities must accept these coins as legal tender at their nominal value for cash transactions throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. The coins retain the basic features and design established by previous decisions, with circulation managed successively by the Central Bank according to inventory and issuance plans.
