The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic issued Communication “A” 8270 to amend the Information Regime for Quarterly and Annual Supervision (Circular CONAU 1-1681) by incorporating eight new reporting items for judicial deposit balances. Financial entities must report end-of-month balances for fixed-term and checking accounts across Federal/National and Other Courts, denominated in both pesos and foreign currency. These amendments take effect for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, requiring April through June balances to be reported according to forthcoming operational instructions.
