We address you to communicate the amendments related to the Information Regime referenced herein. In this regard, the following items related to judicial deposit balances are incorporated into Section 7 – “Information on supplementary data”: ▪ 999728 - Balances of fixed-term judicial deposits corresponding to Federal or National Courts in pesos. ▪ 999729 - Balances of fixed-term judicial deposits corresponding to Federal or National Courts in foreign currency. ▪ 999730 - Balances of judicial deposits in checking accounts corresponding to Federal or National Courts in pesos. ▪ 999731 - Balances of judicial deposits in checking accounts corresponding to Federal or National Courts in foreign currency. ▪ 999732 - Balances of fixed-term judicial deposits corresponding to Other Courts in pesos. ▪ 999733 - Balances of fixed-term judicial deposits corresponding to Other Courts in foreign currency. ▪ 999734 - Balances of judicial deposits in checking accounts corresponding to Other Courts in pesos. ▪ 999735 - Balances of judicial deposits in checking accounts corresponding to Other Courts in foreign currency. Regarding the above, for each of the mentioned items, existing balances at the end of each month comprising the reporting quarter shall be reported -where applicable- in accordance with operational instructions to be disseminated on this matter. These amendments shall take effect starting from the quarter ending on 06/30/25, with balances corresponding to April, May, and June required for that period.
