Regulation to amend Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure
The Minister of Finance approved regulations issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update Quebec securities rules. The amendments specifically require replacing all references to SEDAR with SEDAR+ and updating the associated website URLs in Regulation 81-106 and its forms. These changes align investment fund continuous disclosure requirements with the new electronic data analysis system effective June 9, 2023.
