CIRCULAR TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CAPITAL MARKET OPERATORS ON Q4 2025 PRE-REGISTRATION TRAINING AND EXAMINATION

i. Applicants who were invited but did not attend the pre-registration training conducted in July, 2025; ii. Applicants who participated in the July 2025 training but did not pass the pre-registration examination; and iii. Other applicants who have satisfied the requirements for participating in pre-registration training. Participation in the pre-registration training and examination is subject to the completion of the registration process on the designated application portal, as specified in the email notification forwarded by the Commission to each eligible applicant. Please note that the registration process on the designated portal is expected to be completed on or before Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The Commission wishes to remind applicants that, in line with SEC Rule 3(6)(b), any registration application will expire if the applicant fails to satisfy the stated registration requirements within twelve (12) months of submission.
