CSA Staff Notice 11-346: Withdrawal of Staff Notices

The Canadian Securities Administrators formally withdraw eleven staff notices that have been deemed outdated, irrelevant, or no longer required by member jurisdictions. The withdrawn documents, which cover topics ranging from information processors and trading fees to proxy voting infrastructure, are effective immediately in applicable jurisdictions. While the notices are withdrawn, they remain available on CSA member websites for historical research purposes.

-1- CSA Staff Notice 11-346 Withdrawal of Staff Notices September 14, 2023 This notice formally withdraws a number of CSA staff notices. In general, the withdrawn material will remain available for historical research purposes on the CSA members’ websites that permit comprehensive access to CSA notices. Staff of the members of the CSA have reviewed a number of CSA staff notices. They have determined that some are outdated, no longer relevant or no longer required. The following CSA staff notices are therefore withdrawn, in the applicable CSA jurisdictions in which they have not already been withdrawn, effective immediately.
