CVM Resolution 160
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Resolution 160 to regulate public offerings of primary or secondary distribution of securities and their trading on regulated markets. This resolution revokes nine previous CVM Instructions and Deliberations, including CVM Instructions 400, 471, 476, 530, and CVM Deliberations 476, 533, 809, 818, and 850. The document has been amended by Resolutions 173/22, 180/23, 183/23, 208/24, and 226/25.
