Amendments to Policy Statement 11-206 Respecting Process for Cease to be a Reporting Issuer Applications

This regulatory document amends Policy Statement 11-206, which governs the process for cease to be a reporting issuer applications. It introduces new definitions for "annual disclosure statement" and "interim disclosure statement" in Section 2, referencing Regulation 51-102 respecting Continuous Disclosure Obligations. AMENDMENTS TO POLICY STATEMENT 11-206 RESPECTING PROCESS FOR CEASE TO BE A REPORTING ISSUER APPLICATIONS

  1. Section 2 of Policy Statement 11-206 respecting Process for Cease to be a Reporting Issuer Applications is amended: (1) by inserting, after the definition of the expression “AMF”, the following: ““annual disclosure statement” has the same meaning as in Regulation 51-102 respecting Continuous Disclosure Obligations (chapter V-1.1, r. 24);”; (2) by inserting, after the definition of the expression “filer”, the following: ““interim disclosure statement” has the same meaning as in Regulation 51-102 respecting Continuous Disclosure Obligations;”.
  2. Section 21 of the Policy Statement is amended by inserting, in the second paragraph and after the words “to file”, the words “annual disclosure statements, interim disclosure statements or”.
