The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board has revoked Foreign Exchange Trading License No. 837/3 from Evrika Group LLC following the company's voluntary request submitted on March 19, 2025. This administrative action is enacted pursuant to Articles 2 and 20 of the Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Regulation 10 governing foreign currency operations. The resolution takes immediate effect upon its adoption on April 8, 2025, formally terminating the entity's authorized foreign exchange trading activities.
