Revoking the Foreign Exchange Trading License No. 837/3 Granted to “Evrika Group”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 53 (4) of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; Whereas on March 19, 2025 “Evrika Group”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to revoke the License No. 837/3 granted to them for foreign exchange trading; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 14, dated March 26, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Revoke the License No. 837/3, which was granted to “Evrika Group”, a Limited Liability Company, for foreign exchange trading.
This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
