CVM Instruction 522
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Instruction 522 to amend CVM Instruction 409/04. This regulatory act was published in the Official Gazette on May 9, 2012, following a public hearing conducted under SDM 06/11. The instruction was subsequently modified by Instruction 524/12 and ultimately revoked by Instruction 555/14.
