Notice relating to the redesigned complaint reporting process
The Autorité des marchés financiers has implemented a redesigned annual complaint reporting process requiring financial sector participants to submit reports via the new Complaint Report tool on AMF E-Services. This transition reduces reporting frequency from semi-annual to annual, mandates submission by May 1 each year for the preceding calendar period, and establishes specific filing protocols for insurers, independent representatives, and investment dealers. Entities failing to comply with the updated procedures and deadlines face potential administrative penalties, while compliant insurers continue submitting reports through ComSet or their Annual Statement on Market Conduct.
