Filers must submit complete, printable PDF or Excel files via AMF E-Services within 45 days of the semester end, adhering to specified naming conventions and version compliance standards. Non-compliant, incomplete, or late submissions may trigger monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act, with signed originals required to be retained at the insurer’s premises for potential AMF examination.
