These designations target narco-terrorists involved in illicit drug trafficking and fentanyl operations under Executive Order 14059 and Executive Order 13224. The action also updated the designation of Jesus Gonzalez Penuelas to include links to the Sinaloa Cartel and added secondary sanctions risks for the listed parties.
