Launching E-service of verdicts and terminations
The Saudi Central Bank requires all domestic banks and financial institutions to accept and verify electronic verdicts and termination certificates issued by the Ministry of Justice, replacing traditional paper documents. Institutions must validate these digital certificates through designated government channels, including the Government Services Integration (GSB) platform and the Najiz portal, which automatically confirm certificate validity and status via SMS. Non-compliance with this acceptance and verification mandate will trigger regulatory enforcement actions by the Bank.
