Consent Agreement and Order: Adventure Motosports, LLC
The Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities issued a Consent Agreement and Order against Adventure Motosports, LLC for operating as an unlicensed installment seller in violation of the Consumer Credit Code. The company failed to renew its license before it was cancelled on October 1, 2024, and subsequently engaged in business without valid authorization. As part of the settlement, Adventure Motosports agreed to pay a $2,875 civil penalty within thirty days and waived its right to a hearing or appeal regarding the violation.
