Seychelles Gambling (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
The Minister for Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning amended the Seychelles Gambling (Fees) Regulations 2020 to allow annual licence fees for the 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2021 period to be paid in six-month instalments. This new regulation operates under section 56 of the Seychelles Gambling Act, 2014 and requires prior approval from the regulatory Authority before licence holders utilize the payment schedule. The temporary measure provides operational flexibility for gambling operators while maintaining statutory fee obligations throughout the specified fiscal window.
