The Head of the Department of Regulation, Supervision and Control of Rural Credit and Proagro operations issued Circular Letter No. 4076 to update Annexes I, II, III, and IV of Document 6 of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR). Financial institutions subject to mandatory resource obligations must submit the MCR Document 6 statements for the July 2020 position via the Rural Credit Obligations System (Sisex) by August 31, 2020. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
