Circular Letter No. 4076 - Amends Document 6 (Statement of Rural Credit Obligations and Applications) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR)

The Head of the Department of Regulation, Supervision and Control of Rural Credit and Proagro Operations (Derop), using the powers conferred by Art. 99, item II, clause "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, attached to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, and Art. 4 of Circular Letter No. 3,801 of July 7, 2016, and considering the provisions of item 13 of Section 1 (General Provisions) of Chapter 6 (Resources) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR),

RESOLVES:

Art. 1º The Annexes I, II, III, and IV of the MCR - Document 6 (Statement of Rural Credit Obligations and Applications) of the MCR are updated.

Sole Paragraph. The MCR - Document 6 will be made available on the Central Bank of Brazil website, on the MCR consultation page, at the electronic address www3.bcb.gov.br/mcr.

Art. 2º Financial institutions subject to the Obligations of Mandatory Resources, Rural Savings, and Agribusiness Credit Notes must deliver the MCR - Document 6 statements, referring to the position of July 2020, by August 31, 2020, through the Rural Credit Obligations System (Sisex).

Art. 3º This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
