Regulation on Conditions for Performing Key Functions in a Pension Insurance Company – Unofficial Consolidated Text (NN, Nos. 121/19, 121/24 and 153/25)
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) issued this Regulation to specify the conditions and required documentation for holders of key functions in pension insurance companies. It mandates that appointees demonstrate appropriate education, at least three years of relevant management or professional experience, good reputation, integrity, and Croatian language proficiency. The Company must assess these criteria upon appointment and throughout the tenure, document its findings in writing, and align with the Regulation within six months of its entry into force.
