OCC Bulletin 2026-24: Proposed Reporting Forms for Stablecoin Issuers Under the GENIUS Act
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency proposes new weekly and quarterly reporting forms for permitted and foreign payment stablecoin issuers subject to its jurisdiction under the GENIUS Act. These forms, designated PS-01 and PS-02, require issuers to submit confidential activity and reserve data weekly, alongside quarterly reports of condition and income. The OCC is requesting public comments on this information collection within 60 days of its publication in the Federal Register.
