Capital Markets Authority Board Decision No. 96 of 2023
The Capital Markets Authority issued Board Decision No. 96 of 2023 on April 19, 2023, extending the deadline for submitting periodic financial statements to May 30, 2023. This extension applies to companies listed with securities or financial instruments on the Egyptian Exchange and all entities under the Authority’s supervision whose fiscal year ends March 31, 2023. The decision takes effect the day following its issuance and is published in the Egyptian Gazette alongside the official websites of both the Authority and the Exchange.

21 Capital Markets Authority Capital Markets Authority Board Decision No. 96 of 2023 dated April 19, 2023 regarding the extension of the submission period for periodic financial statements of companies listed with securities or financial instruments on the Egyptian Exchange and entities subject to the supervision and oversight of the Authority The Board of Directors of the Capital Markets Authority Having reviewed Law No. 10 of 2009 regulating supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments; and Presidential Decree No. 192 of 2009 issuing the Basic System for the Capital Markets Authority; and Capital Markets Authority Board Decision No. 11 of 2014 regarding the rules for listing and delisting securities on the Egyptian Exchange; and after approval by the Board of Directors on April 19, 2023; has decided:
(Article 1) The submission period for periodic financial statements of companies listed with securities or financial instruments on the Egyptian Exchange and entities subject to the supervision and oversight of the Authority for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023, is extended to May 30, 2023.
