Capital Markets Authority Board Decision No. 96 of 2023
The Capital Markets Authority issued Board Decision No. 96 of 2023 on April 19, 2023, extending the deadline for submitting periodic financial statements to May 30, 2023. This extension applies to companies listed with securities or financial instruments on the Egyptian Exchange and all entities under the Authority’s supervision whose fiscal year ends March 31, 2023.
