On the amendment of the time limits provided for in the CMA regulations, decisions and announcements Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/08/2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to the decision of the Board of the Capital Markets Authority No. 28/18/19 adopted in its meeting held on 12/11/2019, We advise you of the following:
First: All the deadlines provided for in the regulations, announcements, regulatory and individual decisions issued by the Capital Markets Authority shall be extended to 30/06/2020 if due prior to that date. Second: This announcement shall enter in force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
