Regulation to amend Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)
Canadian securities regulators amended Regulation 13-101 to update the SEDAR filing requirements for issuers utilizing start-up crowdfunding exemptions. The changes specifically modify Item E of Appendix A to mandate the filing of offering documents and reports of exempt distribution for issuers in all participating jurisdictions.
