Regulation to Amend Regulation 81-105 Respecting Mutual Fund Sales Practices
The Canadian Securities Administrators issued this regulation to amend Regulation 81-105 respecting Mutual Fund Sales Practices. The amendment repeals Section 3.1 of the original regulation, which previously addressed the prohibition of deferred sales practices. This regulatory change officially comes into force on June 1, 2022.
