Circular No. 173: Amendments to Version IV of the Credit Information System

The updates remove mandatory field requirements for specific financing facilities like demand overdrafts, loans, and credit cards, while expanding the financial facility file structure to accommodate shorter bank and branch codes. Additionally, the circular introduces new non-mandatory demographic data fields for resident and non-resident individuals and corporate entities to enrich customer databases ahead of the upcoming Banking Accounts System launch, with system maintenance scheduled from July 11 to July 13, 2019.
