Draft Amendment to Policy Statement 81-107 respecting Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds
Canadian securities regulators amended Policy Statement 81-107 to align with the phased implementation of the Renewed System for electronic document transmission. The changes require that documents filed with regulators outside Quebec be submitted electronically through the Renewed System as prescribed by Regulation 13-103. Additionally, the amendment replaces references to the SEDAR group profile number with the Renewed System profile number across multiple sections of the policy.
