SD Circular No. 01: Monthly Submission of Agent Banking Data via Revised Format and Annexure-1
Bangladesh Bank's Agent Banking Department & IT Division mandates that all licensed banks submit monthly Agent Banking pilot project data and reports using a newly revised format effective July 2026. The updated format requires the inclusion of gender details for agents, customers, and account holders, as well as agent profitability status, replacing the existing template which remains valid only until June 2026. Submissions must be emailed to the designated department within the first 10 days of each month, with departmental heads held strictly accountable for data accuracy and any discrepancies.
