Regulation to amend Regulation 51-105 respecting Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets

The regulator amends Regulation 51-105 to update the definition of 'OTC issuer' by replacing references to the Canadian National Stock Exchange with the Canadian Securities Exchange and Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc. with Cboe Canada Inc. These textual changes align the regulatory framework with current market participants and exchange structures. The amended regulation comes into force on September 19, 2025, with a specific provision for Saskatchewan regarding delayed filing dates.
