The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) officially cancelled the registration of Blue Tech Solution Eqi S.A. and the Bankruptcy Estate of Technosolo Engenharia S.A. under Resolution CVM No. 80/22. This cancellation prohibits these entities from having their securities admitted to trading in regulated markets, including organized over-the-counter markets and stock exchanges. The CVM further clarified that this administrative cancellation does not exempt the companies, their controllers, or administrators from liability for infractions committed prior to the cancellation.

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil – CVM, pursuant to the sole paragraph of Article 59 of CVM Resolution No. 80/22, makes public that the Superintendency of Corporate Relations - SEP, on 06/10/2026, officially cancelled the registration referred to in Article 21 of Law 6.385/76, of the following publicly held companies, which fall under item II of Article 59 of the aforementioned Resolution:

It is emphasized that, after the cancellation of its registration, the publicly held company may not have the securities it issued admitted to trading in regulated markets, namely organized over-the-counter markets, stock exchanges, or unorganized over-the-counter markets.
Finally, it is alerted that, pursuant to Article 60 of CVM Resolution No. 80/22, the official cancellation of registration does not exempt the company, its controllers, and administrators from liability arising from any infractions committed prior to the cancellation of the registration.
