Amendment to Policy Statement to Regulation 44-103 Respecting Post-Receipt Pricing

The securities regulators amended the Policy Statement to Regulation 44-103 to incorporate electronic transmission requirements via SEDAR+. The update mandates that documents required or permitted to be provided to regulators, excluding those in Québec, must be submitted electronically through the SEDAR+ system. This change aligns the policy with the phased implementation of SEDAR+ as outlined in Regulation 13-103.
