Regarding the Special Insurance Fund for Employees of Judicial Bodies and Their Auxiliary Entities

Board of Directors of the General Authority for Financial Supervision

Having reviewed the Law on Special Insurance Funds issued by Law No. (54) of 1975 and its executive regulations; and the Law on Supervision and Control of Insurance issued by Law No. (10) of 1981 and its amendments and executive regulations; and its amendments; and Law No. (10) of 2009 regulating supervision over non-Egyptian markets and financial instruments; and Presidential Decision No. (192) of 2009 issuing the Statute of the General Authority for Financial Supervision; and Authority Decision No. (371) of 1991 regarding the registration of the Special Insurance Fund for Employees of Judicial Bodies and Their Auxiliary Entities; and Authority Board of Directors Decision No. (88) of 2019 regarding the dissolution of the current board and the appointment of an interim board for the Special Insurance Fund for Employees of Judicial Bodies and Their Auxiliary Entities; and the nomination letter received from the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Justice and Auxiliary Bodies and Entities; and based on what was presented by the Honorable Advisor, Deputy Chairman of the Authority; and upon the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors in its meeting held on 29/9/2019.

Has Decided

(Article One)

The following text replaces Article Two of the aforementioned Authority Board of Directors Decision No. (88) of 2019:

Appointment of an interim board of directors for the Special Insurance Fund for Employees of Judicial Bodies and Their Auxiliary Entities consisting of the following gentlemen:

5	Ahmed Ragab Maawad.

7	El-Sayed Ali Eissa.

This appointment shall be for a period of one year from the date of issuance of this decision, or until the election of a new board of directors for the Fund through a general assembly convened by the interim board, whichever comes first.

(Article Two)

This decision shall be published on the Authority's website and in the Egyptian Gazette, and shall take effect from the day following its issuance. All provisions conflicting with its terms are hereby repealed, and competent authorities are tasked with its implementation.
