Regulation to amend Regulation 45-102 respecting Resale of Securities
The Minister of Finance of Québec approved amendments to Regulation 45-102 respecting Resale of Securities on November 7, 2022. The regulation introduces the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption by inserting section 5A.2 into Appendix E of the existing rules. These changes came into force upon publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec on November 23, 2022.
