Regulation to amend Regulation 45-108 respecting Crowdfunding
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to amend various securities regulations under the Securities Act. The specific amendment to Regulation 45-108 respecting Crowdfunding updates Form 45-108F1 to replace references to the SEDAR website with the SEDAR+ website. These changes come into force on June 9, 2023, to align disclosure systems with the new electronic data analysis platform.
