The OCC, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, FDIC, and NCUA propose amendments to the Uniform Rules of Practice and Procedure to formally recognize electronic communications in administrative hearings. The Agencies also seek to update agency-specific Local Rules, remove obsolete references to the Office of Thrift Supervision, and modernize definitions and filing requirements to improve adjudicatory efficiency. Additionally, the OCC proposes consolidating its uniform and local rules and amending organization rules to address service of process.
