CIS.S.4.1 – Additional Information Required to Enable an Investor

The regulator issued standard CIS.S.4.1 to require additional information disclosures that enable investors to make informed decisions. This update mandates enhanced pre-transaction data provision, thereby improving market transparency and reducing information asymmetry. The revised standard took effect following the October 28, 2024 update and applies to all relevant financial instruments under the CIS framework.
