CIS.S.4.1 – Additional Information Required to Enable an Investor

The regulator issued standard CIS.S.4.1 to require additional information disclosures that enable investors to make informed decisions. This update mandates enhanced pre-transaction data provision, thereby improving market transparency and reducing information asymmetry.
