The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2021-I-20 to mandate the submission of specific information forms for prior authorization requests. This requirement applies to any acquisition or extension of participation in financing companies, electronic money institutions, or payment institutions. The instruction entered into force on the fifteenth day following its publication in the ACPR's official register.
