Regulation to amend Regulation 13-103 respecting System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+)
The Minister of Finance approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' regulation amending Regulation 13-103 respecting the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+). The amendment inserts a new entry into the SEDAR+ appendix to exempt the payment of fees under section 271.12.1 of the Securities Regulation from filing requirements. This regulation comes into force on June 22, 2026.
